Really smooth process - great interview with an aptitude test. Interviewed by the Payroll Manager and the HR / Payroll Director in a relaxed atmosphere. Interview was on time and quality questions were asked. I was also given a detailed overview of the business and the strategic outlook for the Payroll department and the company.
