I had an HR short phone interview. The next stage was at their office, me and about 10 more juniors sat in the conference room and had the assignment all in once.

Entretien
A few general questions and then a few about design patterns. Than an OOP question, focusing on very specific subjects. Wasn’t really sure what they wanted to here, but generally speaking calls management to a server could be useful.

Entretien
The process began with a phone call from HR, followed by an home assignment that consumed several hours of my time.
It took a few days to coordinate a technical interview, during which they asked questions about the stack and the project. Towards the conclusion of the interview there was a leetcode question.
Seems to me as a good process, but I personally favor home assignments as they allow me to showcase my knowledge.
Throughout the process, they demonstrated responsiveness and kindness (through HR).
