First had an introductory 15min interview as round one - this was a primarily 'get to know you' style conversation. Followup round 2 interview was a 30 minute experience interview. This was more details concerning previous experience, projects, what my skills are. Last step was a visit to their showroom outside Milwaukee Wisconsin.
