Got a call from the recruiter a few weeks after applying to setup phone interview. Phone interview was not stressful and straight forward. Set up first round interview for later that week. Was informed a secound round interview would consist of a mock power point presentation which seemed a bit overkill for this type of position. Did not get to the second round anyway so didn’t matter. Everyone was very friendly and nothing out of the ordinary.

Spoke with a recruiter after applying online late 2025. I have known Zywave from living in Milwaukee, and was interested. Objectively, I’m qualified (potentially overqualified). The recruiter was nice enough, if not a bit of a wet blanket. Low engagement, uninspired. Maybe she was having a rough day. Questions were straight forward stuff you’d expect for this stage. Checked alignment on pay (she pressured me to state a number, which I didn’t appreciate) and start date. Ending the call she said they committed to 24-48 hour response. A week later, I was informed I would not be invited to speak with anyone who actually does a real job at the company. Oh well. This is a dying company according to two that work there, and AI will replace the recruiter so she can have her bad day at home without being bothered. Good riddance.
