Phone Screen with recruiter (same old same old, "tell me about your experience at XYZ Company), Then you have a 2 hour Intelligence and Personality Assessment that has an 80% Fail rate. Then face to face with recruiter. Then face to face with hiring manager. Then face to face with hiring manager's manager. Wait a week, then get an offer.

at first it was an initial screen with the recruiter, once passed i interviewed with 2 different VP's which was panel style, once they made their decision the final step was a phone interview with the 2 team managers

Entretien
I was initially contacted by a direct recruiter for Zywave. We did a preliminary phone interview, which was mainly for screening. I was invited to a company mixer with other candidates, and the environment was very friendly and vibrant. The overall age demographic is around 27 years old. The in-person interview was the next phase. There were actually 3 interviews in one day.

Entretien
Formal but efficient. I liked that this was a qualified request for my attention prior to asking me in for an interview to ensure a mutual fit. It made me feel as though they were more selective in their hiring process.
