Standard interview process which included a recruiter call, behavioral round with the HM, and technical round with other members of the team. My first 2 rounds went well and I received positive feedback. The technical round took a turn in the other direction. One of the interviewers kept looking away from the screen (was not taking notes). They yawned throughout the interview and seemed disinterested while I was speaking. I'm also noting that the interview took place on the day before a holiday weekend. It was a bit demoralizing and difficult for me to be my best for the next 30 minutes when feeling dismissed after giving my intro. I think companies need to be reminded that the candidate is also interviewing you. I really enjoyed talking to everyone at Zwift up until the very end.
