Two rounds, with manager and different future collegues. The feeling in rush for the decision from their side, and at the last moment HR interview added. After the feedback that only two people are in run and that they will organise another interview with the direct manager - nothing. On my enquiry when will this interview happen no answer. After the weekend a generic e-mail from one of the interviewers that they found a better fit and they feel I am better fit for another position. E-mail ending in "please let me know if you would like more feedback". I answer yes please, after such a long process and only two of us left in the last round could you provide more feedback on why you didn't choose me. No answer ever recieved. Super dissapointed with unprofessionality. In addition, in first round many kids related questions that went over line with personal intrusion.
