J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zurich Insurance (Blackrock, Dublin) en juil. 2019
Entretien
The job offer came soon after the interview. I was asked to provide references and details of previous education and employment. Once the background checks were done I was sent a contract and a handbook outlining the benefits. I noticed discrepancies between the contract and the Staff Handbook and when I questioned this I was told the handbook was out of date and I would not be sent an updated version I was also then told that some of the benefits in the handbook were not applicable to me. This raised many questions for me as I felt I was misled initially. There was much back and forth from then with amendments to the contract and follow-up questions to try to eliminate some of the ambiguity in the answers given to my initial questions. It was a needlessly drawn out process and definitely put me off working for the company.
