The actual job was not aligned with the job description. There was feeling the interviewers do not know themselves what type of skills they are looking after. The interview was over 3 hours which was promising, but at the end I was not selected.

The interview process was good, I had two interviews. The first interview we discussed my cv, experience and the role. While the second interview I had to put together a presentation which I had never done before but it went well as I got the job offer.
