Resume screen, OA with one way video interview, 2 rounds of f2f interviews consisting of technical and behavioural questions. Behavioural questions are standard, and technical questions test knowledge on GI products.
2 hour interview, first hour competency based e.g. questions like describe a time when... and what would you do in this situation... and then second hour was technical skills such as basic probability and combinatorics questions

Entretien
The first stage of the process was an online assessment, and the second stage was a job simulation with a few video interview questions. The final stage consisted of a strengths-based interview that lasted an hour. It was a mix of motivational questions and scenario based question (i.e. what would you do in this situation?) This was conducted by two employees. Afterwards, there was a technical-based interview that lasted an hour and was conducted by two different interviewers. This consisted of simple probability, data interpretation and guesstimation questions.
