I interviewed for this company beginning at the end of March and spanned through the end of May. I went through 7 ROUNDS of interviews accompanied by a design project that took approximately a week to finish. I met with brand managers, department heads, global operations managers all for a JUNIOR position, right out of school. I asked 3 times for an update on the next steps and how much longer the interview process will take, and I was ignored all 3 times. Eventually, I received a call saying they found a stronger candidate, all the while still having the job listing still up for applicants. Let me repeat: 7 ROUNDS of interviews + a project This was a massive waste of my time and their time, and it is no wonder they had massive layoffs the past year.
