Entretien
The interview process lasted for 2+ weeks: telephone interview with HR, 1 hour telephone interview with Senior Engagement Manager followed by an in person interview with VP of Global Services and another Senior Engagement Manager.
HR called within 48h to present the offer and has been very supportive and patient until I made the decision.
There is some flexibility around initial offer and they are very keen to understand what would make you happy if you are to join the company. The company is focused on recruiting for long term.
All through out the interview process HR has been extremely supportive and prompt to answer my questions.
What I got out of the interview? Knowledge about the subscription economy. Zuora.com has a good knowledge base which can be a starting point for anyone that wants to know what is the subscription economy.

Question 1
Interview questions evolved around: knowledge about Zuora (including laying out a plan for first 3 months with the company), previous experience (including experience with managing B2B projects), examples of difficult projects/situations (detailed questions asked). Technical knowledge preferred but not required.
Depending on how well you are prepared the interview difficulty can be high or medium.

Approved by Hiring Manager and HR to interview and thought I was a great fit. Met with VP and he indicated I was not a fit and walked out of the room. Ironically, he appeared to have the same work experience in consulting. Highly subjective & nothing to do with experience.
