I'd 1 preliminary screening + 3 rounds of interviews, almost all in-person. Met with employees (& senior execs including CEO) with diverse responsibilities and background. Each and every interviewer was professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable in his/her respective domain. The whole process was quite educational and productive. The recruiters in HR team were awesome! They coordinated all the interviews & were very candid, accessible, responsive and honest during the entire hiring process all the way through and after the offer. The expectations were set clearly at the onset by both the HR team and the hiring manager to ensure that there is no misunderstanding. There was regular follow up from the hiring manager and the Sr. VP that made me feel comfortable in accepting the eventual offer.
