Entretien
I interviewed first with the HR person. That interview was easy (just going through my resume). She told me they were going to send me a skills test that lasts 90 minutes with three case scenerarios (average difficulty, hardest scenario the analytics case). Then I moved onto the next round which it was a phone interview with the Director of Retention Marketing. The interview was scheduled to last 45 minutes. He was 15 minutes late so the interview lasted 30 minutes. He said some fireball happened in the last minute that made him to be late for the interview. I think he had the "fireball" still in his mind since he wasn´t engaging and neither he sounded engaged to the interview.

In the skills test the case scenario regarding the analytics. In the phone interview, I was asked about experience with AB testing which I didn´t have very much experience.

I had a softball 30-minute discussion with a zulily recruiter who asked me to walk through my work history. She didn't ask me anything difficult, I think because the team's real screen is a 90-minute skills test.

In the skills test, my most difficult question was balancing the cost of search placement with the overall cost of a sale, and which position in search would be the sweet spot.
