(Positive Experience) 3rd was a GCA round going into depth of projects (One of the best interview experience till date) 4th was another round around projects (Not sure why they did this, seems recruiter was confused about which round has been already concluded) GHOSTED FOR 3 WEEKS post his, after the recruiter calls and shared that we only hire people who have had complete positive review in all 4 rounds and you had approval from the hiring manager and the last interviewer, and we are seeking some approvals from our end to make your profile through and wait for 3 more weeks (Probably they tried benching me before proceeding with some other candidate). To the recruiter if you only hire people with positive feedback in all rounds so why did you even conduct my 3rd and 4th rounds?
