Good ,The interview was intense but fair for a Senior Reliability Engineer role. Questions focused on real incident ownership, deep troubleshooting under ambiguity, system design trade-offs, and how I drive reliability end-to-end beyond just tools.

Question 1
Describe a production outage you couldn’t diagnose initially, how you formed hypotheses, what data you used, how you coordinated teams, and what permanent reliability improvements you implemented afterward.
The process looks like this:
First you get call from recruiter who introduce you with the company and interview process.After there are 2 rounds of technical interviews where you answer on technical questions.
After technical interviews there is interview with manager and after optionally with director.
