I went through Manpower agency in Las Vegas I had to get my booster shot for covid pass a typing test that required me to type more than 40 words per minute and prove that I had a license that was 3 years old from the issue date Ravneet Singh and China Gordon were the hiring managers conducting the interview. In the interview I was asked by the hiring managers about my time with their competitor because I have prior experience working and driving on Thomas vehicles for a local company here which is one of their competitors any interview it was expressly stated that I had interest in staying in the autonomous vehicle sector and express my passion for the sector I expressed that I have been driving for over 10 years and I have never had an accident in my entire life I express safety and communication as being the number one aspect of being a vehicle operator I believe I was professional courteous and gave great insights on where I think the future of the company will go. They also relate to me that the safety protocols as a driver is almost exactly the same as my previous employer. I also expressed that I'd like to eventually be a programmer and move up from the driving operating position because I am in school for programming I made it expressly clear that I was interested in working for zukes all in all it seemed like I was going to get the position I got a call from my recruiter and they say they would not move forward with my application even though I am extremely qualified for the position having previous experience when I asked why they would not move forward with the application my recruiter stated that the hiring manager stated that I did not express enough interest in the company I basically expressed as much interest enjoying the company as a vehicle operator besides getting on my knees and stating I would love to work for Zoox. I explicitly express my passion for the industry and my anticipation for the future of the industry and the sector when it comes to autonomous vehicles I was engaged and answering all questions in a professional and courteous manner. To be completely honest I believe that they did not move forward with the application because of something Petty. Both recruiters asked me if I would like to work day or night shifts to which I express my schedule is open I can work any shift at the company needs me to work and express whatever the company needs me to be. I believe because I didn't answer this question with a day or night shift choice that they decided to not move forward with the application which is a huge lack of judgment on their behalf of my character as a potential employee there. My recruiter told me that I should have not talked about my previous employer but to be completely honest I did not even bring up my previous employer the hiring managers there brought it up and we began to have a conversation about my previous employer I had no intentions of speaking as much about my previous employer then as they asked me. Totally incompetent on their behalf. If you're not hiring people who already have experience in the sector then how the sector has ever going to push forward into the future it makes no sense

Series of three tests. The first was a written rules of the road test. It was a general test with a generous time limit. Anyone who drives in the Atlanta area should be able to pass.

I never actually had an interview for the position. I initially reached out via email to apply. At first, they declined, citing my lack of a Texas driver's license. After obtaining one, they responded that it didn't reflect the required three years of driving experience. I then submitted my California license, which, although no longer valid after obtaining the Texas license, still showed my driving history. However, they then stated that I could only work in San Francisco. At that point, I decided to give up. It's clear the administrative team at this company isn't very organized, and based on this experience, I'm not sure I would want to work there.

It was a 20 minute behavioral interview on zoom. There were question about team work, knowledge about autonomous vehicles. What challenges I had in the past with my coworker.
It was a very relax interview process.
