Recruiter contacted me. Asked me to set up some time to discuss. It was about 2 weeks out. I spoke to him for about 15 mins. Did not know a lot about the role. Asked very general screening questions. Did not have a lot of answers to my questions. Never heard back from him.

The recruiter was very friendly and the interviewers all accepted me on linkedin. I was expecting a rather immediate response and decision, so when I didn't get word back for a few days, I was able to send a note on linkedin to the director who sped up the process again.
