The process was really easy and comfortable! I was asked about my history with training dogs and tested a little bit on what I knew. It seemed better that I didn't have a lot of "professional" training under my belt so that they didn't have to untrain me on things that don't fit with the Zoom Room practices. The whole interview was done over coffee and took about 30min.

The employer sought me out on Indeed and organized a phone interview. It was less than 20 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot. He always hires people at the last minute when he needs to replace someone who's left, which is frequent.
