The full process would have been: after the recruiter screen, a 1on1 with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview, finally a presentation. I only got to the hiring manager stage. While I apparently impressed with the depth of my knowledge of AI and strategic thinking, they recommended I apply for product manager roles. Why can't you be strategic in marketing?
Lengthily with multiple follow ups with HR on the status. There was a general disrespect to candidates and a cockiness to that candidates should be thankful that Zoom considered their application.

Thorough interview. They do their homework in finding the right candidate for sure! Know your stuff. Check your ego at the door - they're looking for someone who fits in the Zoom company culture.
