The process never really got anywhere. The interviewer was disconnected, missed the first interview, pushed back the reschedule, and then no-showed the third, and when I followed up, she ghosted me.

Only did the initial screening, was positive but we had to stop there as my partner was part of the organisation I would be a leader for. Unfortunate but it's what it is.
