I went through a phone screen and the recruiter said they would redirect me to a different recruiter for a different program. I never actually interviewed, but on the Workday website it said the status was “Interviewing.” Two weeks later, I got the “needs didn’t align, thank you for interviewing with us email. Not very happy with the communication after the first step.

After applying on their website, I got an email from recruiter asking for HR interview. This interview went well and moved to next stage. Next interview was a technical interview with a developer and a manager. The questions were so easy yet the interviewers were so much in hurry and wanted to finish the interview ASAP. No idea why do you schedule a 1 hour interview and you can't even talk for 15 minutes. Also, using their app "Zoom" I tried sharing screen 3 times and everytime they can't see it just keep loading for them. After 2 days, I got an automated email that I won't go forward. Actually, I wasn't happy about this interview and felt like big company with startup culture. Just waste of time.
