All by Zoom of course. First with a recruiter then advances up the sales management hierarchy. Calls were scheduled for 30 minutes but pretty difficult to complete in that time. Each interview always used the last 5-8 minutes to allow you to ask questions. Zoom Video really does seem to have a great culture and bummed to not have continued to the last steps.

The initial interview with the recruiter was great. Going from there directly into a panel presentation wasn’t ideal. I was cut off and directly told to skip over half of my presentation because they didn’t want to hear about my accomplishments even though it outlined on what I was to present on. I felt during that interview they were just going through the motion and interviewing me as a favor because I was a referral. I had a feeling they were already promoting from within. They only seemed to care about how to deal with struggling reps.
