Honestly, pretty disappointing experience. I took time from work for a scheduled interview and when there was a no show. I checked my email to see that they had already filled the position internally 14 minutes prior to my interview. However, at least they told me that instead of wasting my time further. Zoom has been a company I really wanted to grow a career in long-term. Just a bummer that this is my first experience as I felt led on with that job posting.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
