The interview process felt more like free consulting than a real interview. The team seemed unsure about hiring international candidates the entire time yet still shortlisted me. Most of their questions were clearly aimed at gathering ideas rather than evaluating fit. From the recruiter to the hiring manager, the whole experience felt off and signaled weak internal alignment and culture. I would not interview with them again, and candidates should be prepared for a disorganized and unclear process.

Although the role was advertised as remote, I was told I’d be required to work on-site if I lived near an office — a bait-and-switch that should be made clear upfront. The team itself did not inspire confidence; several interviewers seemed unclear on the role and unprepared to articulate how success would be measured. Combined with the company’s heavy current pivot as a last-ditch growth effort, the overall impression is of a struggling business with poor internal alignment. Candidates should proceed with caution. I was given an offer but decided against it based off of my interview experience.

Great interview with the recruiter. Was called for an interview within a week. Moved to the hiring manager interview, who did not read my resume prior to the interview and asked questions that were more suited to an entry level candidate. The hiring manager arrived late, seemed irritated, lacked leadership vibe and presence.
