Great interview process with the talent acquisition team , made it to 2nd Rounds but they decided to move forward with another candidate. The business seems strong, but they are very focused on the Netsuite Partnership may want to expand other rev channels.

Recruiter was fast, knowledgable and pleasant. Hiring manager - not so much. Came across as a "boss" rather than a leader and was over-questioning in some ways, felt quite "smarmy" - not very culturally aligned to EMEA. Following the recruiter screen and HM interview - no follow up's, no feedback and ultimately no answer - clearly wasn't successful, but even a generic close out email would have been respectful of my time and interest in the Company.
