The interview process was standard, and the questions were mostly to get to know me better and understand my technical experience. I completed a technical test, but my experience in the technical interview wasn’t good at all and the interviewers’ behavior was far from professional. You end up feeling really confused because the requirements listed for the test and the questions they ask don’t match at all. It feels more like they’re trying to impose their way of thinking on you.

Aside from the home assignment, there are about 3 interview stages. They mentioned in the requirements that the technical solution should be simple without much complexity, but during the interview, they criticized it for being simple. The interviewers seemed uninterested in answering questions and didn’t even return my greeting. I think it would be beneficial for the company to invest more time in improving the interview experience.
