Interview process was of 2 rounds
1. General intro and knowledge about the role and technologies involved for the role. Like typescript, react and style libraries.
2. Pair programming where they provide a challenge where it is divided in sub challenges testing you knowledge of react clean code , typescript , npm etc , i was nervous and didn't prepare much for the coding practice , so was rejected .
Team is very nice and calm and the CTO himself was the hiring manager who was very respectful and supportive.
They needed someone more skilled for that role which I was not able to showcase in the interview .
But the best part of Zitcha hiring process was - even when you get rejected you get feedback on you shortcomings as well as where you did well which in my case was something I had loved because it shows they respect my time and their time and very very few companies do that these days.
Hope to work with Zitcha when I deserve to as the current team and hiring process is very good.
