one initial phone screen and one face to face group meeting. The company was very disorganized with both the interview process and the lack of quality questioning during the interview. The company representatives were not able to explain the specific details of the position. The position was a mix of PM, Account Manager, and Agilist although they couldn't speak to the finer points of any duties. Further, I took the time to travel to a face to face interview and although there was most likely a mutual agreement that the position wasn't the right fit for either side, Zipnosis never followed up after the interview to inform me that they went with another candidate. This is very unprofessional and I'm glad i found employment elsewhere. The company representatives were arrogant and clueless at the same time...who knew!?!?!

Had a multi- interview process. I felt that it went well as I was progressed through however I was not contacted by employer to learn I did not get an offer. I had to email 2+ times to learn that I was not a final candidate. Unfortunately, this seems to be more and more common with employers these days.

Provided my "story", what my work history and experiences are. Interviewers were very pleasant and friendly. Interviewed in person with several people which took over 3 hours.
I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism. I have yet to hear a response to my interview. I have sent a follow up email inquiring about the position and still no response. I can certain appreciate if other candidates are more qualified however I do deserve a response at least informing me that another candidate(s) are better suited. This is a first to NOT receive some kind of follow up after an in-person interview.
