Full detail of past work experience. Allowed me to watch and listen to others work for an hour during part of the interview. Asked me what I thought while I watched and listened to others work. Asked my opinions seemed interested in learning about my skills but also what type of person I am. Seemed to ask questions to ensure that both myself and the company would be a good fit together. I felt respected and I felt and thought I was being told truths about the company and the work I would be doing. The staff seemed helpful when i asked how they liked the job and an open door policy seemed to be in place as others stopped in to talk to the floor regional manager I had the interview with. Others that stopped in saw a interview was in process an waited until the interview was over.
