You would get a call from your direct boss to setup an interview. S/He would ask you about your background. Mostly focused on relevant experiences. You need to be concise, relaxed and friendly. Don't make it too hard. You will not be asked too much in details. So there is no reason to describe in deep.

applied thru aerotek took a month to set up an interview. Phone interview with future manager a simple talked about my projects and possible scenarios. Documentation processes used during the design process of the project. how tracking of changes were rationalized.
