Applied through college career services, HR manager and Engineering manager came to campus for an interview. A few days later, received notice they were interested in bringing me on-site. On-site interview involved plant tour, several interviews with other engineer staff and managers.
Skills and qualifications questions. Very simple questions. They asked about my previous projects and resume. As long as you know what is in your resume, you should be find. There questions are not difficult. All are easy to answer.

Entretien
2 in-person interviews. One was formal with associate director of engineering and a senior engineer. I supposedly got passed up for that position and was contacted a week later to set up another interview with the person that would end up being my manager. Second interview was casual. Was offered the position on the spot.

It was a phone interview and that was all. I was asked about Project Management and MS Office skills. Also about my projects during my undergrad and grad studies. It lasted for about half an hour and that was all.
