Through recruiter. One interview, no screening. Firstly the interview was supposed to be a video call, was later rescheduled to phone call. The recruiter provided the wrong job description. The interviewer had no knowledge of the company as they were themselves new to the company.
Red flags all over interview process. Hiring manager gave very questionable answer to question about the company's culture. Interviewer was also late to interview with no explanation. Didn't hear back for four months.
Interview process included phone interview and virtual interview. Both interviews went great, and I was asked by the HR to provide an availability to schedule for another interview with the manager and another team member. I provided my availability, but never heard back again.

Entretien
The interview was simple and quick. It was an entry-level position, and therefore, no experience was required. The offer was received within two days of the interview. The interviewer asked about relocating as the position was onsite.
