After I submitted my application, I received a call to set up a phone interview to review my application the following week. The phone interview was pleasant and fairly brief. Nichole asked about my work experience as well as why I was interested in the position. The next step was an in-person interview with Nichole and another woman from the department. A few weeks later (due to the holidays and a busy season for ZM), I was asked to return for a final interview with the executive team. The questions in this final round were higher level / big picture. Overall the experience was very positive and the ZM team was very pleasant.

Had a good phone interview. The interviewer was nice and observant. They said they would contact me by the end of the week, but did not hear anything back from them.
