Initially spoke to Paul, the head of customer customer services over the phone which seemed to go well and was invited to the offices for an interview with him and the CFO. Again, all seemed to go well and was invited to complete an online test at home which involved assessing different customer queries or complaints for a range of issues - prioritised and answered these issues. Was invited back into the office after this and was told had scored 10/10. Then had to 'meet the team', which basically meant speaking to the developers and then having a quick fire of questions from the CEO, who didn't seem to want to even listen to the answers. Whole process was very chaotic and seems the business is not in the place to hire new staff as is still not actually operating. Paul never got back in touch with me after this meeting, which is just very unprofessional, rude and lazy. Wouldn't want to work for such a company.
