Very quick and simple interview. This was my first job and all I made to sure to explain is that I am good with people and am self sufficient enough to work alone.

I applied for a barista and assistant manager position online. They contacted me a week later to set up an in-person interview. The interviewer was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. I followed up with an email after the interview and the manager offered me the position. Unfortunately, I had to decline due to other complications, but I was happy with the overall interview experience.
