There are usually 2-3 interviews that you have to go through, one or two with either a shift lead/assistant manager, and the last one is conducted by the store manager. They take you into the back office and sit you down at the desk. Dress is pretty informal, and interviewers are just wearing everyday clothing. Each interview is usually done in about 15-20 minutes. The interview process is very easy, just the number of interviews it takes seems tedious (especially because I was asked the same questions in all three of my interviews.)

The process was super short and sweet. Filling out a one page, front and back, application about things you like (movies, music, books, ect) and it shows that you hsve a spectrum of interests. From there, both of my interviews were honestly about what was on my application, IE, what kind of music I listen to and movies I watch.
