Overall, a seamless interview process! Four (4) rounds of interviews with Talent, two (2) senior level Managers, and the Director. Talent is very responsive and the interviews were scheduled very quickly.

Interviewed with Zenoti over the last month. Recruiter screening was very quick like 3-5 minutes she also talked really fast. First round interview was not a great experience. The two after that were a bit more enjoyable. There was a surprise 4th round after both the recruiter and the 3rd round interviewer told me round 3 was the final round. The recruiter did a good job of scheduling things fast. Expectations could have been managed better. Experience during the process did make me question how enjoyable it would be to work at the company.
Interviews were pretty straightforward and centered around problem solving, handling difficult clients, prioritizing work, etc. the first 3 rounds were all very similar questions. Last round was more role specific: why zenoti, why are you living your current role, challenges you anticipate during the transition
