Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Interviews were rescheduled multiple times without adequate notice, and on more than one occasion, I joined scheduled calls only to wait alone for over ten minutes with no communication or follow-up. The lack of clarity and responsiveness throughout this process has made it difficult to engage meaningfully or feel respected as a candidate.
Given these repeated issues, I’ve decided to withdraw my application. I no longer wish to pursue opportunities with Zenoti, as this experience does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company or team.

Entretien
First there was an Initial Zoom screen with a general hiring manager, then an interview with the manager of the hiring team. The hiring manager asked basic questions. The Manager of the team was difficult in that I wasn't always sure what he was asking me. When I asked for clarification, he couldn't provide any and kept asking the same question.

They ask a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared for that and show how you solve problems. Tell me about yourself. How to deal with difficult customer. How do you manage multiple projects. Understanding data migration.
