Poorly structured 3 stage interview. Interview were cold and univiting The manager advisied we would be told the same day of the outcome good or bad, it took over two weeks to hear back.

I applied via a third party website and had a brief telephone interview/discussion with someone who invited me to an in person assessment. This was broken down with a practical test, shadowing a current staff member and then an informal interview. The feedback I received however for why they did not want to proceed further was make believe and clutching at straws for excuses and I am quite pleased to have not been asked to join if that is how things are processed.
