The interview went smoothly, I was called by the recruiter and then was given an in-person interview. After that I was called to have one more over the phone interview which went great. After that I was offered the job. Overall I think the process went great, the only issue I had was that the position title/job functions were not very clear, but I understand that this is a growing company and the position was a newer one.
