Phone screen; on-site interview with 2 staff member; presentation (3-5 minutes, topic provided to you) and then behavioral questions - tell us a time when; writing sample also requested. Need to pass background check before offer is made. Background check is typical ... finances in order, no felonies, etc.

Entretien
It is a panel interview in a relaxed setting. The interviewers take turns asking questions and I found the question to be straightforward. The interviewers took notes and often followed up with additional questions based on your response.
