The hiring TA sent a link to my email to allow me to schedule my preferred date and time for the phone call interview. A 45mins phone call interview was then scheduled and confirmed. During that 45mins interview, I personally the interviewer spent too much time selling the company reputation though she mentioned in the phone that the call was for me to understand the role and also for her to understand my background. I followed the flow, after that call... I was ghosted. Overall, I don't find the way the interview that was run was handled professionally.
