I received an email from the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner who was requesting to speak with me regarding my application for the role. We had a very thorough and comprehensive call where they asked several questions that were important to the hiring manager. The Sr. TA Partner then provided clear information as to what I should expect next in terms of timing should the process move forward. While the hiring manager did not select my application to move forward, the experience, transparency and level of communication provided throughout are virtually non-existent in the present job market.
