I got lucky as the HR manager wasn't there when i did mine. The HR manager can be pretty nasty in general but is also very harsh in interviews. The interview was easy, just a few questions on past experience, my motivations, where I see myself in a year or two, what id like to gain from the job, strengths and weaknesses, how to deal with angry customers, what to do if not hitting targets etc etc
Typing accuracy and speed test, informal conversational Spanish (first over the phone and then in person, this was specifically for a bilingual role working with US customers), interview with Team Leader and other company representative

Sent in CV, went for an interview with HR manager. Got the job. Was made aware that it was a seasonal job and will be busy. It was. A goal of 80+ contacts a day was required.
