My experience with this company was extremely disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and communication during the hiring process. I successfully cleared two rounds of interviews and an aptitude test. After that, I was informed that another test would be conducted the following day. However, I never received any call, message, or update regarding the schedule. Despite making calls and sending messages to the concerned employees, I received no response from anyone. As a candidate who invested considerable time and effort in the recruitment process, I expected at least basic communication and professional courtesy. Ignoring candidates after multiple rounds of interviews and assessments, while failing to provide any updates, reflects a serious lack of responsibility and respect for candidates' time. The behavior of the employees involved in the hiring process was highly unprofessional and disappointing. A company's recruitment process often reflects its work culture, and based on my experience, there appears to be a significant lack of accountability and communication. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company to other job seekers. I hope the management takes candidate experience more seriously and improves its communication and hiring practices in the future.
