I was asked to come to a group interview with about 20 people. It was very easy. We watched a few videos about Indetex group and were asked what we new about Zara. I got a call 2 weeks later saying I got the job. The most important thing was to be vocal.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
