not so great interview didn't understand the questions and it was difficult to answer the questions they were asking. it will be great if they can make the interview process easier.

what would you do if you have to deal with the difficult customer?
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses

Online form, with submission of cv and then a group interview with 7/8 more people. we did introductions, we were given some scenarios and were asked to answer 1 at a time, we were then asked our availabilities
