J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara en janv. 2016
Entretien
Applied through indeed and got an email right away notifying that they're having walk-in open house group interviews at their Queen Street location for a week and I could come in at anytime during the hours they listed.
Arrived in the afternoon and there were a ton of applicants.
We were all first asked to fill out forms which required two professional/supervisor references and out availability timings.
We were later asked to come into a room where the interview began.
Interviewer was really nice, she told us about the company and explained the job responsibilities and answered questions if we had any.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
