First I had a short phone interview then I received an email with an invitation to a group interview. There was around 50 people and 3 interviewers and most of the question where about Inditex history and how you understand the role. And the last 1 to 1 interview with the Store Manager with questions like why you want to work for us? Why this roll? What are strengths and weaknesses?

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
